You dont need it. The 2 indicators in the windows are from the v7 system which you can download on another thread here. The arrows are just an indicator taking signals from these 2 indicators.
The entry is when the top one changes colour and the bottom one is on the correct side of 0. So for a long the top one changes from white to blue and the bottom one is above 0.
Exit is when the bottom one touches 0. The bottom indicator repaints like crazy. It wont repaint when it is running but if you refresh the chart in some way it will look very different making a visual backtest impossible.
Its one of the better systems i have seen to be honest. Just change FL22 the top indicator to 31 , and put FL23 in a bottom window and you have it. I searched and found V7 here: Can someone please post it as a tpl and indicators?
Also version has a currency strength meter if anyone can share that. Look in bottom left corner of image below: This one is in technical terms a scam. Not saying the indicators cant be useful, but as advertised its a massive lie.

The idea is you use the H4 for trend then run the EA on lower timeframes ONLY in the direction of the H4 trend. They even show backtest videos that look really good. In fact backtesting it yourself looks really good.
The problem though is the 'fl23' indicator that you use as the exit. It repaints not while running but the picture when you add it to or refresh the chart is totally different so what happens is the ea keeps plugging in orders against the actual trend for over a day of course it all looks great later when you refresh the chart and wonder why you didnt close all the orders.
This results in hundreds of points drawdown and a blown account. The arrows on the 'gold' edition are based on these 2 indicators so despite the claim to the contrary they DO repaint if you refresh the chart.
This system REPAINTS like a mad. Do not trust the guy that sell it.
