They were flexible at times, but hard to get answers from when you asked a question in regards to something on the job. You don't have anyone standing over your shoulder to get the job done.

They have a positive and energetic work environment, also a very clean work environment. Greta place to work.. I worked with all types of professionals.

I put together network events and I enjoyed it very much. LCN is an Incoming call and Out going center we help customer try to lower their Insurance rates whether its Car Insurance, Heath, Life or Home Insurance were their to help with all Customers needs. Absolutely sleazy and bogus company!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you're in the business of duping unsuspecting individuals, then work for this CALL CENTER. They are not legitimate, nor do they truly represent any insurance carriers near or far.

DO NOT ASSIST THEM IN ANY WAY!!!

The job is barely a paycheck. The managers are not given accurate and up to date information about changes in the company so when a change does occur no one knows how to address issues. Employees - The employees often misinform each other of procedure. The company hires anyone including felons and drug addicts. Culture - There have been many complaints about employees not receiving their earned income at one point I was one of them.

There is NO room for advancement. The bonus structure is per week but if the company's websites go down there is no compensation. The calls are barely monitored. As a remote agent there is no way to transfer a complaining customer to a manager. In short DO NOT WORK HERE unless you are desperate.

Work from home feature is great. Easy going, management and remote staff very nice and helpful. Training is presented on a worker friendly mode.

My boss was very nice and i learned a lot about keeping patience with difficult guests. Great work atmosphere and comfortable environment. Each day is busy and productive.

They were very supportive and enthusiastic about my opinions and decisions. I not only had fun working with them but I learned a great deal of things. Our job itself doesn't teach us lessons but environment does. Positive environment, great colleagues, helpful and a wonderful boss! Stressful calls, had to sit and couldn't move much in between and very short breaks.

Fast pace environment, friendly co workers,organized facility and clean place that is respectable. Enjoy working with these other workers. At home Call Center. I worked with an automatic dialing system from home.

I was getting customer information for Insurance quotes. Rivet arms for door closures. I rivet arms for door closures. We also did some packing for varies items they made there. It was an easy job but you had to be fast. Fast steady work love the managers and co-workers and the oppurtunity to work off the phones.

I learned how to run a field test machine. My co-workers where really nice and helpful. The hardest part of the job was standing on my feet in the same spot all day long.
